Has anybody else out there had issues with public group owners unable to find their group options? The instructions that Microsoft sent us said to check the O365 mail settings and then there's supposed to be an Other link at the bottom. I can see the Other link, but two other people in my department (tech department) cannot.

The Other link mentions that the OWA settings are being remodeled and to find a previous version there's a hyperlink that sends you there. I'm able to click on this link which then sends me to an options screen that includes "Groups" on the left handside.

I work in a school district and so the issue is the secretaries who manage public groups (distribution groups) for their own school aren't seeing the Other link mentioned previously. Since they can't see the Other link they're currently unable to view and edit the public groups they own. Unless it's been moved somewhere else that somebody can enlighten me about.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Strange thing is this morning the "Other" link is now missing for my account as well. I contacted Microsoft and they said 1 out of 5 of their admins had the "Other" link. One of which had the same version as our domain. So they're doing a tenant sync and checking on past and new updates to try and find the issue.

That direct link that you sent works but I'm hoping that'll be a plan B.
